How do I get help if I have difficulty walking or a disability?

You can get help, but you must contact ALSLINJEN in advance.

Are you travelling by car and need parking close to the lift?

Here is what to do:
  1. First, book a regular ticket for your car
  2. Call ALSLINJEN on +45 70 25 10 25
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Which departure you are travelling on
    • That you want a space close to the lift
Important:
Arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before departure.

Are you travelling without a car and need assistance?

If you are a walking passenger with reduced mobility, you can get help with:
  • Boarding
  • Disembarking
How to book assistance:
  1. Call ALSLINJEN on +45 70 25 10 25
  2. Book assistance at least 48 hours before departure
  3. Call Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00
  4. Provide your departure details
Note:
  • Assistance is only offered to individual travellers, not groups
  • If you book less than 48 hours before, assistance cannot be guaranteed

What does the assistance not cover?

Staff cannot:
  • Lift you from a wheelchair to a seat
  • Provide personal care during the crossing
In some cases, you may be asked to travel with a companion.
