How we handle lost property
Lost property found on the fast ferries or in ALSLINJEN's harbours is handed in and stored at Fynshav harbour.
Lost property of particular value
ALSLINJEN stores personal documents, wallets, keys, cash, watches, jewellery, bags, phones, bank cards and driving licences for up to seven days. After this period, they are handed over to the police lost property office.
Medication
Forgotten medication is handed over to the Police Lost Property Office or destroyed at a pharmacy as soon as possible.
Other lost property
Other lost property is stored by Alslinjen for up to seven days, after which it is destroyed or donated to charitable or benevolent causes.
