You can change your reservation yourself online – either via our app or on the website here. Here you can, among other things, change the departure time or port, licence plate, number of passengers, add extra passengers, and update your contact details.
Conditions for changing departure
The possibility to change your ticket depends on the ticket type:
- Low-price tickets are valid for up to one month from the original travel date. They can be changed for a fee plus payment of any price difference up to the departure time.
- Standard tickets are valid for up to three months from the original travel date. They can be changed and/or refunded up to the agreed departure time.
If the ticket type allows it, you can change your ticket to another departure on the same route within the validity period.
If you have already completed early check-in online, you can still change your reservation. Please note, however, that the early check-in itself cannot be cancelled.
Changing the licence plate
You can freely change the licence plate online via the app or website. It is free of charge as long as the vehicle’s height and length do not exceed what was booked.
In the app, you will find the change under “My tickets”.
Changing the number of passengers
You can have up to 9 people in the car, and it is free to change the number of passengers right up until departure.
The change can be made online, in the app, or at the machine in the port. If you have already checked in and wish to change the number of passengers at the port, you must use the regular check-in lane instead of the fast lane.
You can also change the passengers’ names at no extra cost via the app or website.
