Low-Fare Ticket
The low-fare ticket is non-refundable, including when upgrading to a higher ticket category.
Standard Ticket
The standard ticket can be refunded before departure subject to a fee of DKK 75, or after departure subject to a fee of 20%, with a minimum of DKK 75. For pedestrians, a corresponding fee of DKK 30 applies.

10-Trip Pass
The 10-trip pass can be refunded up to 2 months after the last validity date.
