No tickets can be refunded later than 3 months after the scheduled departure date.
The low-fare ticket cannot be refunded, not even when upgrading to a higher ticket category.
If the purchase is cancelled and the email is received and confirmed by ALSLINJEN within 24 hours, the ticket will be refunded without a fee.
This applies to all ticket types.
